The cost of living is escalating, and some workers, notably part-time and casual employees, earn less than the living wage established for the North Shore.

The City of North Vancouver has committed to paying its municipal employees a Living Wage.

I support all workers earning a living wage. If re-elected, I will take steps to ensure that the District of North Vancouver follows the City of North Vancouver’s lead and provides a living wage to all municipal employees.
